Thank you to those who have signed up to volunteer and/or donate items for the Memorial Day pool party tomorrow. We are still in need of volunteers to work the Swamp shack, especially during the 2-3p hour. There are also a few more food items needed.

With the pool now being open, we are gearing up for our annual Memorial Day Party on Monday, May 27 from 12-4pm.
We are looking for folks to volunteer for jobs at the event and donate food goodies to sell- anything from your favorite BBQ-friendly crock pot dishes to desserts…
You should have received a Swimtopia alert that Swampfoxx practices are canceled today (5/22) and tomorrow (5/23) due to the heat.
The volunteer training that was scheduled for tonight is also canceled.
We still don't know when the pool will open and will message as soon as we know anything.

Join us for the Swampfoxxes 2024 kickoff event at the Oxxford Hunt clubhouse!
Tuesday May 14th from 5-7p at the Oxxford Hunt clubhouse.
Each swimmer will meet their coaches and do some fun activities while the parents receive information about the season and meet with their volunteer committees.
