The annual Cary City Invitational Meet will be on Saturday July 13th at Scottish Hills Recreational Club. This is a great tradition for our Swampfoxxes, especially since we have won the coveted Spirit Award Trophy 7 of the last 9 years! 

We have a fairly quick turnaround on registration this year and need both T-shirt orders  (our theme is Disney Pixar CARS) and registration entries to be completed by 10p on Sunday JUNE 30. 

Registration is a 2 step process:

1. First declare your swimmers for specific strokes (up to 2 for 6U and up to 3 for age 7+) on the sign up page: https://oxxfordhunt.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/61704...
2. Then pay for the individual events ($6 per individual event) and t-shirts ($15 ea) via the link provided on the sign up page (in the description section). The link takes you to a dedicated Cary City Meet webpage.

We are having a Cary City Meet informational meeting tonight (6/26) at 5:50pm at the pool. If your child is interested in swimming at the Cary City Meet, we recommend that you try to attend this meeting.

Here are additional details that might be helpful, and there is also an informational packet attached. 

• This year’s meet theme is Disney Pixar Cars! Coaches are working on designing t-shirts and props for the event.
• Fees are $6.00 per individual event and $15.00 per relay event. Oxxford Hunt will cover the cost of the relays. Relays will be composed after entries are compiled. You must state your swimmer availability for relays when you register for the meet by June 30.
• Swimmers and families will be able to purchase CARS themed t-shirts for the event
• Payment for both the individual events and the t-shirts will be done in the team store. oxxfordhunt.swimtopia.com/cary-city-meet
• Swimmers ages 6 & Under may register for no more than two individual events please note that all 6&Unders must swim 25 yards independently.
• Swimmers ages 7 & Up may register for no more than three individual events
• Volunteer needs will be based on swimmers, but expect there will be a need for parent volunteers for the meet.
