As we look ahead to the Summer Swim Season, we’re looking for sponsors. Sponsorships help us achieve so much, including:
- Providing resources for coaching, equipment, and swim meet logistics.
- Supporting young swimmers as they build confidence, develop teamwork skills, and achieve personal milestones.
- Strengthening our community by bringing families together through the joy of summer swimming.
The Swampfoxxes are more than just a swim team; we’re a group of dedicated athletes, parents, and volunteers who value teamwork, sportsmanship, and community spirit. With sponsor support, we can make this season another unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
The sooner you sign up, the sooner we can start promoting your business with our families! Promotional banners that contain ALL sponsor logos may be printed and hung mid-season, while all other sponsorship promotion begins as soon as a sponsor pays their invoice for the season.

- Titanium $550 (only 3 are available each season, and all have been taken this year)
- Platinum $350
- Gold $250
- Biggest Fan $150
- There's also an opportunity for just one Record Board Sponsorship at $400
Support us with our highest sponsorship level for the most exposure for your business in OXH! We have a sponsorship opportunity limited to three sponsors this year. When your company sponsors our team at the Titanium level you receive the following benefits:
- Your own approximately 2' x 3' banner hung inside the pool area through the final swim meet
- A table at one non-swim meet event during the season
- Specific shout-outs at each of the three home meets and all fundraisers
- A post on our Swim Team Facebook page
- Your logo:
- displayed on the back of our swimmer's t-shirts
- placed near the pool's concession stand throughout the summer
- on our swim team website
Platinum Sponsorship - $350
Support us with our most popular sponsorship level for great exposure for your business in OXH. When your company sponsors our team at the Platinum level you receive the following benefits:
- Specific shout-outs at each of the three home meets and all fundraisers
- A post on our Swim Team Facebook page
- Your logo:

Gold Sponsorship - $250
When your company sponsors our team at the Gold level you receive the following benefits:

Biggest Fan Sponsorship- $150
Are you one of the Swampfoxx's Biggest Fans?! New this year, individual families and dedicated supporters can become a Biggest Fan Sponsor for just $150! This is the perfect opportunity for those who want to support the team at a higher level but don’t have a business to sponsor with. As a Biggest Fan Sponsor, you'll receive a special shoutout on our Facebook page and team website, recognizing your commitment to the Swampfoxx family.

Record Board Sponsorship - $400
- This exclusive opportunity includes your company's logo on a large records banner prominently displayed at the pool. Only one of these sponsorship levels is available each season.

In-kind sponsors will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire if you are interested in a non-cash donation to support our team.
Titanium, Platinum, and Gold sponsors need logos in both EPS and JPEG formats for printing on our t-shirt and banner. Our printer can evaluate your logos and convert them to EPS if needed for about $75
