How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events menu, select Signup Calendar to sign up for a swim meet.

Swimmer Signup

• Deadline for signup is midnight the Friday before the meet.
• Click the green MEET ENTRY option and then select the Edit option under your swimmers' names.
• For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop-down list next to their names:
  • Attending this meet
  • Not attending this meet
• Indicate each swimmers' availability for relays:
  • Available for all relays
  • Arriving late, not available for medley relay
  • Leaving early, not available for freestyle relay
  • Not available for any relays
• Provide and comments to the coaches that are relevant to the meet
• Click Save to record your swimmers' availability

Click "Return to Swim Meets" to return to the Signup Calendar

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP option and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Sign up for Jobs to select volunteer shifts for the meet.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click "Back" to return to the Signup Calendar.
