Oxxford Hunt Swampfoxxes

Our swim team practices are held 5 days per week for one hour. Once traditional calendar schools end for the summer, morning practices are also an option. Once meets begin practices are 4 days a week.

Practices take place Monday-Friday at the following times. Swimmers can attend one or more practices as they would like.

9:00am-10:00am: All Age Groups (Begins June 15th)

5:00pm-6:00pm: All Age Groups (Begins May 12th)

6:00pm-7:00pm: All Age Groups (Begins May 12th)

Any swimmer may come to the 5pm or 6pm practice regardless of their age, and the coaches will be instructing athletes according to their skill level. We monitor attendance at each practice, and if lane counts become too high or coaches aren't able to provide effective instruction, we may ask swimmers to attend practice at a different time (if possible). 

• Everyone who enters the pool must be a current eligible Oxxford Hunt resident and have a valid Pool ID. If you do not have a current Pool ID please visit: https://oxxfordhunt.com/pool-id/general-pool-id-information/ for more information.
• In accordance with the Oxxford Hunt Pool Rules (https://oxxfordhunt.com/pool/general-pool-information/) swimmers under 10 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult (age 18 or older) at practice. Children 10 years of age or older by the end of the pool season are allowed to come to the pool without an adult, if their parents indicated their permission by allowing the child to be photographed for the household’s Pool ID. This is considered a privilege and can be revoked for behavior or other problems at any time.
