Join us for our second clinic of the year, where the Marlins of Raleigh (MOR) coaches will host a FREE CLINIC for our Swampfoxxes. The MOR coaches will be consulting with our own coaches to plan a more focused and individualized session for each age group that aims to improve stroke performance and efficiency in the water. This event is completely optional.

This event is open to our competitive swimmers aged 6+ that are eligible to participate in swim meets.  

This clinic is being offered FOR FREE! Come take advantage of this opportunity!

Join us for this very special event with our own Olympic silver and bronze medal winner Katie Zaferes! Katie recently brought home silver and bronze medals in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for the triathlon, and will be visiting the pool on Fun Friday, June 17th to show our team her prestigious awards and stay for a Q&A session. Bring your curiosity and questions for Katie!

Come out for our annual pasta party the night before our first meet! Our swimmers and parents can come over to the clubhouse after practice on Monday night. Please sign up to help out or to bring some of the items we need. 

All families should plan to attend our team Kickoff event. A great time to meet and socialize with families and coaches while most importantly receiving important information regarding the season.  The swim team will be providing Publix sandwiches and wraps and families will sign up to provide a side or dessert. Lemonade and water will also be provided. Looking forward to it!

Timeline

• 5:15pm - Begin to eat and socialize
• 6:00pm - Discussion by Board of important season info, Coaches introduction and information. QandA
• 6:30pm - Volunteer Committee introductions and breakout. Swimmers break off and get to know their coaches.
