Because this is an optional meet, there are additional registration fees ($6 per individual event) that are required for entry. Ages 7+ may enter up to 3 individual events. Coaches will determine relays based on number of registrants.

All volunteers will check in 1 hour prior to the start of each session. Check-in will be held outside the main doors of TAC. Sessions 3 & 4 will enter the pool through the lower level pool doors. Parents must meet their swimmer OUTSIDE the front door at the end of each session.

Oxxford Hunt Warm Ups begin at 1:20p in lane 7. See attached maps and team info file for maps to find parking and location of the OXH team tent. Heat Sheets also attached to review swimmer estimated starting times. Afternoon events are scheduled to begin at 2:15p and final relays scheduled to finish by 6:30p, but these are estimates.
