Our sixth and final meet is TODAY, July 14 at Regency Riptides! The Meet Theme is: Alice in Wonderland!

• Arrive by 5:15pm to get settled, and swimmers numbered. Meet volunteers are asked to check in for your job before the meet begins, even if you are working a 2nd shift job. Contact Katie Richards ([email protected]) if you need to change your volunteer position or have any questions.
• Address: 101 Killingsworth Drive, Cary, NC 27518 (Located off Penny Rd)
• Parking: The pool parking lot is available to our team. Additional parking will be along Killingsworth Drive and Royal Glen Drive, but only on the side opposite of fire hydrants. There is additional parking at the Danbury neighborhood pool parking lot, located directly across Penny Rd, off Tattenhall Drive.
• Concessions: Regency will have a cash only concession stand with pizza, snacks, candy, soda, sparkling water, and bottled water. The concession stand cannot accept bills larger than $20.
• Seating: Visiting teams will use the right hand side of the pool deck as you enter (side opposite of starting blocks). There are large, round tables and umbrellas but you may want to bring extra seating and/or tents for shade. There are overflow areas outside of the pool if we want to spread out. (Looking at pool door from parking lot, overflow is to the right side). Additional chairs/benches/tents, etc. may only be used on the right hand side of the pool deck. Items cannot be placed in a way that prevents swimmers, timers, judges, etc. from getting from one end of the pool to the other.
• Heat sheets will be on display on a board at the meet showing the lane and heat that each swimmer will be in. Please check relays in addition to individual events. Swimmers might swim in a relay of an older age group when there are not enough swimmers in that age group to make a team of 4.
• If your swimmer’s status has changed (especially if they planned to swim and no longer can), please let us know ASAP. Coach Allie ([email protected]) and Coach Sophia ([email protected]) need to adjust the heat sheets and having as much time as possible to do that is very helpful. You can copy the board (swampfoxx.board@swampfoxxswimteam.org) so that we can try to get heat sheets updated before they are printed. Please communicate with a coach if you need to leave, or your swimmer can no longer participate in event(s) planned.
