During 5pm and 6pm practices this Friday (July 3) we will be learning fun dances and working on a team craft to help decorate our Cary City Meet tent. All swampfoxx swimmers (and Pups!) are invited to come and dance and craft with us!!

Parents who are looking for volunteer points -- there are craft donations and parent volunteer helpers needed to make this successful. We are also looking to borrow hot glue guns and kid scissors. Check out all the opportunities here!
