Time Trials are TODAY! Tuesday June 2!

• The pool closes to residents at 5pm
• Arrive at 4:45pm to get settled and numbered (real meet arrival will also be 4:45pm). Check in with Katie Richards for your volunteer leader and learner shifts. We will all meet by the deep end at 5:15p when swimmers go take a picture so we can run through how swim meets operate. This is especially important for new families, or those who don't quite understand all the jobs.
• We’ll start Time Trials with our team photo and T-shirt distribution - swimmers should be ready for the picture by 5:15p
• Swimmers should wear their team shirt, team suit if they have them (or a black or red suit to match the team), swim cap (which will be available at the meet), and goggles.
• Heat sheets will be posted on the pool deck - please make sure your swimmer is listed and check to see if your swimmer is in a relay. Sometimes swimmers swim up in age group, so check older groups too. This is really important, especially for the relays at the end of the night.
• If your swimmer’s status has changed (especially if they planned to swim and no longer can), please let us know ASAP. Or if your swimmer is missing from the heat sheet, please alert the coach.
• Swamp Shack - will be serving food (pizza, Chick-fil-a and Smoothie King) and snacks.
• If you drive please obey the No Parking signs that will allow Fallsworth Drive to stay open. But please consider walking!
