We are less than 2 days away from the fun Cary City Meet at Cary Swim Club! 

I hope our swimmers and families are geared up and ready to compete not just in the swim events, but also for the spirit award. Bring all your Harry Potter gear! The NC Courage Mascot Roary (from our local professional women's soccer team) will be judging teams at 10a!! If you have some decorations for the tent, be sure to let the coaches know. Jeannette Salvaggi will have the ordered Harry Potter t-shirts at practice tomorrow. 

Thank you to those who have already signed up to bring food, drinks, and ice. We really need more families to sign up for the afternoon items!! Here is the sign up genius. 

The calendar invitation also has a few sign up slots for kid pushing in the morning session. Please sign up on Swimtopia.  This is the only job being requested of our team.

The heat sheets and maps/team information files have been added to the calendar invitation and are attached to this email. Additional details are available online at https://caryswimclub.org/cary-city-swim-meet-2-64/. Some general information includes:

• Our 10 and unders warm up at 7:30a in lane 5 and are estimated to finish final relays just after 12p. 
• The 11+ warm ups are at 1:20p in lane 7. We have no relay teams in the afternoon, so we should finish around 6, with awards taking places closer to 6:30p.
• Entry to parking for the event is off Tanglewood via Walnut Street/Cary Towne Blvd.  Parking is available at Cary High, Lions Park, and Christ the King Church. See the maps in the info sheet attached.
• Our tent is in the middle of "tent city" between Shepherds Vineyard and Park Village, behind Apex swim team. 
• If your status has changed and your child can no longer swim, please email the coach (Allie - [email protected] or Sophia [email protected]) and copy the board email ([email protected]) ASAP.
