First, thank you to all the parents, volunteers, board members, and TSA reps for handling a dynamic situation with the weather at the meet last night. We appreciate everyone's cooperation first keeping the kids on the pool deck for the 30 min thunder break and then rushing off the pool deck because of lightning. The TSA reps decided the meet was complete and OXH won! Congratulations to Bobby Elder who broke the pool record in the 50 backstroke with a time of 25.50!

We do not need to go back to finish any races!

Second and also important, we have a venue change for the banquet on Friday due to the storms predicted all week. 

The banquet, originally planned for Ritter Park, will now take place at Peace Church (corner of Cary Parkway and Chatham, address 1777 W Chatham St). 

The other details regarding time and date remain the same: Friday, July 19 from 6pm - 8pm. If anyone is a member of Peace Church and can help us get a discount on the reservation fee, we would appreciate you reaching out to us at [email protected]
