I'm hoping you all received either the notification from Swimtopia or saw the update on Facebook, but want to also share via e-mail there is no practice today due to the poor air quality alert.

We had lots of lessons learned during time trials yesterday and are working to improve processes before our first meet on Tuesday 6/13.

As a reminder, please sign your swimmer up on the sign up calendar as soon as possible, and no later than Friday 6/9  for the 6/13 meet so they are included in the heat sheets. Having to manually add swimmers after heat sheets are created is very challenging as we experienced last night. We also have many volunteer jobs that need to be filled. Since our first meet is away, there are fewer jobs than when we are hosting, but there are still many that have not been filled.
