We are counting down the days to Time Trials and want to be sure families are aware of the following:

1. Please update your swimmer's attendance for Time Trials in Swimtopia at https://oxxfordhunt.swimtopia.com/swim_meets. Select the "Meet Entry" button and update the status of your swimmer to "attending" or "not attending" so the coaches know how to set up the practice swim meet. You will do this for each meet to help coaches set up swimmers in the correct events. It is requested that you mark your swimmer's availability by Friday before the next Tuesday meet - so please do it for Tuesday ASAP and no later than tomorrow (6/2) evening.
2. Time trials are when parents get to learn the different jobs at a swim meet. If you have not signed up to either learn a new job or teach a job you are familiar with, please click on the "job signup" button at https://oxxfordhunt.swimtopia.com/swim_meets to sign up for your job.
3. This year we will take a team picture before Time Trials. If you are planning on buying a team swimsuit, you may want to get it from Kiefer Aquatics before Tuesday so your swimmer can wear it in the team picture. 

Please plan to arrive by 5p Tuesday 6/6 with your swimmer dressed in their swimsuit. Be prepared to spend most/all of the evening at the pool as pictures, warm ups, and the practice meet will likely run 3-4 hours (depending on how well everything works - which is why we do the practice run!). Concessions will be open and you are also welcome to bring food from home. We encourage families to walk to the pool or limit the number of cars in the parking lot during meets - especially when we host another swim team.
