What a win last night, Swampfoxxes! The final score was 252-248 against Brookstone and we had two more records broken, both in breaststroke. Congratulations to Elliot Mapes for a new team record in in the 6 and under boys (16.44) and to Avery Delcambre for a record in the 15-18 boys (29.84)!

Please keep reading for a few important announcements regarding Cary City Meet on July 16th (with deadlines TODAY), Swamp Pups exhibition at our next and final home meet Tuesday July 12th, and swim clinic on Saturday July 9th.

1. Cary City Meet: Attached is the list for swimmers registered for Cary City Meet on Saturday July 16th. Please check that your swimmer is listed for the correct strokes. And if your swimmer is not listed, please contact Liz Miller ASAP ([email protected] or 919-609-1692) to get them registered today. You can also now pay the $3 per swimmer per event in the OXH square store. 

2. Swamp Pups exhibition: Our Swamp Pups are invited to our next home meet on Tuesday July 12 for an exhibition swim! Coach Mary will be sending an additional email soon, but all the Swamp Pups are welcome to swim in this event to show how much progress they have made this year. We plan to do this after the 6 and Under freestyle while the rope and catchers are still in the water. Parents should plan to be at the pool around 6, as the pups swim could start around 6:15.

3. Saturday Swim Clinic: OXH coaches are hosting another swim clinic this Saturday July 9th from 9-10a. Please register your swimmer online so coaches can be prepared to accommodate all interested swimmers. The swim clinic is $3 per swimmer and is CASH ONLY.
