It's meet day! We are at Regency, located off Penny Road at 101 Killingsworth Drive, Cary. Please arrive by 5:15. 

Parents, please check the heat sheets to see what events your swimmer is in, especially the freestyle relays at the end. There have been many occasions where younger swimmers are in older age group relays. Last week we missed out on a relay when a swimmer left before the end. Note that heat sheets may change at the event if swimmers are sick. You can check with a kid pusher for updated heat sheet details.
