Hi Parents, I wanted to send out a couple reminders and information before Timed Trials today. 

First, the heat sheet and swimmer numbers are posted on our website under the Timed Trials calendar event. These documents are also attached to this email. If you have the SwimTopia app (highly recommended) you can view the heat sheets in real time during the event. 

The heat sheets contain the swimmer numbers, but are missing the alpha prefix we assign to each age group. So please view the attached document to find your full swimmers number (A123, B452, C234 etc). Please feel free to write this number on your athlete's arm in permanent marker prior to arriving at the meet. We will also have markers available there. 

Please arrive at the pool by 5:15, as the warmups will start at 5:30 and the meet will start promptly at 6:00. Please ignore the times listed on the heat sheets, as they are incorrect. 

Also if you're within walking distance of the pool, please consider walking to save space for those further way. If you're driving, please observe the signs that will be posted on the street.
