Hi Swampfoxx Parents, 

We're quickly approaching our first swim event of the season, Timed Trials! This leads us into our season of competition and lets the coaches assess our strengths and build heats for the upcoming meets. 

For the timed trials and every meet, you will need to declare that your swimmer will be attending. This must be done by the SATURDAY before the meet. For the timed trials, we need each swimmer's declarations by Saturday, June 4th. 

If you had already RSVP'd your swimmer's attendance to the Timed Trials, you will need to do it again, sorry! I made a mistake creating the event on the website (still learning), and we had to recreate it to make it an official swimming event. This did not affect job signups, so if you volunteered for a meet job you're still on the hook :). You will just need to re-declare your swimmer's attendance.

Please see the attached instructions on how to declare attendance for your swimmers each week. You can also do this through the SwimTopia mobile app.
